While the city sleeps, our farm comes alive. We believe that great milk starts with happy cows. Our partner farms in Lucknow do not treat cows as machines. They are fed a balanced diet of organic green fodder, dry hay, and natural minerals—never injected with oxytocin or hormones.
Before milking, every cow is washed and sanitized. We follow a strict "Calf First" policy, ensuring the calf drinks its share before we collect even a drop.
The Zero-Touch Promise
Hygiene is our obsession. Traditional milking often involves unwashed hands and open buckets, which invites bacteria. At WHYTEdrink, we use automated milking machines and sterile stainless steel cans.
Once milked, the milk is never touched by human hands again. It flows directly into a sealed cooling tank where it is instantly chilled to 4°C. This rapid cooling locks in the natural sweetness and nutrients, preventing bacterial growth without the need for boiling or pasteurization.
Rigorous Lab Testing
Purity isn't just a claim; it's a science. Every single batch of milk goes through a rigorous 22-point quality check in our in-house lab before it leaves the farm.
If a batch fails even one test, it is rejected immediately. We would rather drain milk than deliver impurity.
